3. Separate client agreement
Paid services begin only after eligibility review and acceptance of a separate written agreement containing the service scope, price, duration, required disclosures, cancellation rights, and other material terms. If that signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the paid service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
4. No guarantee
Credit scores, reporting changes, deletions, lender decisions, credit limits, interest rates, funding amounts, and timing depend on third parties and individual circumstances. No result is guaranteed. Coach Swavy does not promise removal of accurate, current, and verifiable negative information and does not make lending decisions.
5. User responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information, protect your credentials, review documents before using them, avoid false disputes or identity-theft claims, comply with lender and bureau requirements, and use the site lawfully. Do not submit another person’s information without authority or attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site.
6. Educational and professional limitations
Content is general educational information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice about your circumstances. Free resources may become outdated and should be independently verified.
7. Third-party services
Calendly, Resend, credit bureaus, monitoring providers, lenders, banks, and linked services are independent third parties. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, decisions, and performance are outside Coach Swavy’s control. A link or discussion does not imply endorsement or approval.
8. Intellectual property and availability
The site’s original branding, copy, design, guides, and educational materials are owned by or licensed to Coach Swavy and may not be copied, resold, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission. Access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
9. Liability and lawful rights
