1. Information we collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, state, estimated credit-score range, business status, time in business, revenue range, desired funding amount, service interests, appointment details, and any information included in a message. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, full payment-card numbers, or copies of identity documents through the public assessment form.

We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction or security data generated when you use the site.

2. How information is used

Information may be used to review your request, contact you, provide educational or consulting services, schedule appointments, assess service fit, maintain security, prevent spam, comply with law, improve the funnel, and keep necessary business records.

3. Service providers and sharing

The funnel uses Resend to deliver requested emails and lead notifications, and appointment scheduling uses Calendly. Website hosting and technical providers may process limited information needed to operate and secure the site. These providers maintain their own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transition.

Coach Swavy does not sell personal information for money. Information is not shared with lenders or funding providers merely because you submit the free assessment. Any later sharing requires your direction, authorization, or another lawful basis explained during the client process.

4. Calls, texts, and email

The required assessment-contact consent allows Coach Swavy to respond to the request you submit. The separate marketing opt-in is optional, unchecked by default, and is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw promotional consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe option when available, or submitting the communication-preferences form. Transactional or legally required messages may still be sent when permitted by law.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential browser storage to remember whether a pop-up was dismissed and to support security and basic functionality. Third-party booking content may use its own cookies or similar technologies. The site does not presently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform response standard applies.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or withdraw future marketing consent. Requests may require identity verification. Rights vary by location, and lawful exceptions may apply. California residents may use the same secure online request method. Coach Swavy does not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Children and policy changes

The services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. This policy may be updated as practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
