General rule: all sales are final
Except where applicable law requires otherwise or the limited restoration exception below applies, payments for mentorship, education, consultations, document preparation, business setup, business-credit building, funding preparation, digital materials, and other services are nonrefundable.
1. Limited personal credit restoration exception
An eligible personal credit restoration client may receive a full refund of covered restoration-service fees only when, throughout the entire service term stated in the signed client agreement, both of the following occur:
- The client’s applicable credit score does not increase; and
- No negative account or item addressed through the service is removed from the client’s applicable consumer credit reports.
A score increase or a qualifying removal means the limited refund condition has not been met. Results are measured using the reports, scoring sources, bureaus, dates, and comparison method identified in the signed client agreement.
2. Eligibility requirements
To qualify, the client must complete the full agreed service term, make all payments when due, maintain required credit monitoring, provide requested documents and access on time, review and approve work when required, avoid new late payments or materially adverse credit activity, avoid unauthorized or false disputes, and comply with the signed agreement. A client who cancels early, becomes unresponsive, prevents performance, or materially breaches the agreement is not eligible for the results-based exception, except where law provides otherwise.
3. Request and review process
A refund request must be submitted through the private client contact method identified in the signed agreement within 30 calendar days after the agreed service term ends. The request must include the documentation reasonably required to compare starting and ending results. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when reasonably available.
4. Appointments and digital resources
Missed appointments, late cancellations, completed consultations, accessed downloads, and delivered educational or mentorship materials are nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement. Appointment rescheduling rules may be displayed during Calendly booking.
5. Statutory rights control
This policy does not limit any non-waivable legal right. If a covered credit-repair contract provides a statutory cancellation period, including an applicable three-business-day right to cancel without penalty, that right controls. The signed client agreement will contain the final service-specific cancellation and refund terms.
