POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

Credit Services Disclosure

Important information about credit education, restoration services, consumer rights, business credit, and funding preparation.

Effective August 13, 2026 • Last updated August 13, 2026

Your credit rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit reports directly with consumer reporting agencies and information furnishers. You may do this yourself without paying a credit-services company. You can obtain free credit reports through AnnualCreditReport.com.

1. Accurate information cannot be promised for removal

No person or company can legally guarantee removal of accurate, current, and verifiable negative information. Coach Swavy focuses on education, factual review, correction of genuine inaccuracies, positive-credit habits, business-credit preparation, and lawful strategy.

2. No guaranteed score or funding result

Credit scoring models, furnishers, consumer reporting agencies, lenders, banks, and underwriters are independent third parties. Coach Swavy cannot guarantee a score increase, deletion, approval, credit limit, interest rate, funding amount, or completion date. References to preparing to pursue $50,000–$100,000 describe a client goal, not a promise.

3. Written contract and cancellation rights

When federal or state credit-services laws apply, required disclosures and a written contract will be provided before paid services begin. Applicable federal law gives consumers the right to cancel a covered credit-repair contract without penalty within three business days. Any additional state rights will be provided when applicable. This webpage is supplemental information and is not a substitute for the statutory disclosure, notice of cancellation, or signed service contract.

4. Fees and performance

Fees, billing timing, and the exact work to be performed will be stated in the written client agreement and must comply with applicable law. The public assessment and Calendly consultation are not applications for credit and do not cause a hard inquiry.

5. Client conduct

Coach Swavy does not advise clients to dispute information they know is accurate, file false identity-theft reports, misstate income or business facts, use an EIN to conceal personal credit, or create a false credit identity. Clients remain responsible for truthful submissions, ongoing payments, utilization, new accounts, and other conduct affecting credit.

6. Business credit and mentorship

Business-credit building and mentorship are educational and strategic services. Lender criteria change, and every application remains subject to independent underwriting. No lender, bank, bureau, government agency, or scoring company sponsors or endorses Coach Swavy unless expressly stated in writing.
